Duties: |
The Instrument Person will work with the City of Lloydminster’s Engineering Services team and will assist the team with delivering completed Capital Projects as well as respond to interdepartmental needs. The Instrument Person will perform surveys to assist in the design and construction of municipal related Capital Projects including topographic surveys, construction layout and as-built survey and data collection, as well as project management assistance duties. The applicant will assist in performing inspections of roadway, water main and sanitary/storm sewer construction and maintenance projects. Furthermore, the applicant will complete all other relevant duties as assigned including, but not limited to, research projects, data collection, and data analysis. |

Schedule: |
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with the occasional requirement to work outside these hours as required by potential Capital Projects. Weekend and on-call work may be required depending on the construction scheduling of Capital Programs. |
Special Instructions: |
Applicants must be attending a post-secondary program including college or university during the last school term and returning to studies in the subsequent academic year. Verification of student status will be required. important |
